DeleteCan't make out from the picture if it has spikes. If not, then it's probably the yucca plant. Both yucca and agave look similar, are succulent and grow from the rosette. The agave typically has sharp spines on the edges of its leaves and yucca doesn't. Also, yucca leaves are thinner, straighter and less succulent. I would go with yucca.
