Ghumakkad crosses the 50K Milestone

This is saying thank you to each one of you.
Without your continued support, this blog would not have prospered. It is a non-commercial, non-religious, non-political blog.

It took us good three years to hit the mark of 25K page views. But what happened in next one year is incredible! We hit another 25K page views in just one year! It signifies your liking for the blog. We just crossed the 50K milestone! Thanks much.

35000 and Counting

Your blog ghumakkadhb.blogspot.com has crossed 35,000 page views. For on-line fora, it is not a big deal. Not at all. But for a non-commercial blog, it means a lot. It means a lot not because of a count like 35,000 but because of your constant support and encouragement. Your appreciation through comments, emails and occasional hand shakes keep us driving. We sincerely thank each one of you.

We crossed the 30,000 milestone three months back but at that time we did not share any snapshot with you. Therefore, we are now sharing with you the most read posts in last five months. In case you haven't yet browsed the stories, just click on the links below:

BITS 68 Conquers Kodaikanal- What do alumni do when they meet after 42 years of graduation?

Tiger Ahoy - Sighting of the King of the jungle- Tiger- in Tadoba, Maharashtra

4G- of a different kind - How four generations bond together

The Missile goes Silent - A tribute to Dr APJ Abdul Kalam

Picturesque Pinecrest - A hike to Pinecrest National Park in California USA

Brahma Kamal- the Queen of the Night - Story of a flower which blooms at night

Prior to this, when we hit 25,000 page views in May 2015, we had posted a snapshot of the journey thus far. If you missed reading that snapshot of last three years, click here. At that time, our thank you card looked like:

It took us three years to reach the 25,000 mark but only five months to hit 35,000. All this was not possible without the support of each one of you.

It has been an exciting journey. We hope to remain connected and keep bringing you picture stories, toddlers' tales, lessons in life, picturesque quotes and much more.
Do take a moment to give us your feedback to help us improve.

Thanks for browsing.
